Keyed on/off switch prevents unauthorized operation of the unit.
Emergency down valve on base of unit.
Continuous top guard rail on cage for added safety.

Remove pins and raise base arm.		With outriggers removed, roll lift into Spanner.		Lower and secure base arm; install lift outriggers.
