In
addition to heavy concentrated
loads, the Model 512A Lift can
also lift into place long fabricated
duct work, electrical bus duct, I-
beams, overhead doors, heavy
pipe, etc. On extra long pipe and
duct sections, two or more units
are employed.

The
MODEL 512A will elevate 500 lbs. up to 12 ft. high. It can
also be
converted to a 5, 8, or 9 ft. lift by simply removing or replacing
the 3 and 4 ft.
slip-joint post section. As a 5 ft. lift, this model will pass
through a doorway
exceeding (29" wide x 7' high). 2 ft. post sections shown
on specifications page
are used for intermediate heights.
The platform of the MODEL 512A is 20" wide by 24"
long. Load center
spaced on 12" from post. Capacity is decreased on loads
extending over
12" center distance. Loads over 500 lbs. can be lifted
with two or more units.
When the MODEL 512A is assembled as a 5 ft. lift, it can be
tipped back on
the corrugated handle and rolled into a truck or Van.
