Bondor
Inflatable Dock Seals are of a one piece unitized
construction shipped ready for quick and simple installation.
The seal fits flush around an 8' x 8' door opening, and the
Bondor seal is designed to easily frame down oversize
doors where necessary. The nominal inside opening when
inflated is 7'4" x 7'10" high. For serving trucks
of varying
heights, a weighted drop curtain may be furnished adding
greater flexibility to the range of truck sizes to be sealed.
Standard projection is 20", inflation time is 10 seconds.
30" projection models are ideal for edge of dock (EOD)
levelers. Material is 22 ounce vinyl coated nylon. Each
dock seal includes a standard blower with a 1/4 h.p., 115
volt, single phase shaded pole motor with thermal overload
protection. A galvanized weathershield is provided if
blower is to be externally mounted. For interior mounted
blower units, appropriate elbows are provided as required.
The blower unit carries a one year replacement guarantee.

the desired dock seal projection from Price Table A below. |

Unless
otherwise indicated, the dock seal will be provided with the
standard blower location #1. |
|

Select
the desired model number from the price table such as BT-88/P20/
and add the actual dock door opening size to
complete the model number. Example: BT-88/P20/8'W x 8'H. This
model would specify a BT-88 dock seal with a 20"
projection for a door opening 8'W x 8'H. |

Remember
to order 2 dock bumpers per seal from our bumpers section if
they are not existing. Seal should project 6-8"
beyond bumpers. |

includes all necessary mounting brackets and hardware except

opened up by means of hinged sections into a 3-sided unit ready
for immediate installation. To Include shock cords to
