"T"
grade hose reels are used for a wide variety of gases
such as mapp gas, propane gas, natural gas and fuel gases. |

When
ordering any welding hose reels you must specify the type
of gas being used. |
|
|
To
order "T" Grade reels, add a suffix "T"
to the TW Models.
Example - TW 5425 OLPT. |

|
Independent
dual swivel body manufactured from aluminum
and hard coated for wear resistance. Assures positive
separation of gases due to its unique design. |
|
Double
- sealed, special molded "O" rings prevent leakage.
Swivel body and inlet are both permanently identified with
machined grooves on the acetylene side to assure proper
installation. Available with TW 5000 & TW 7000 series reels. |

DESCRIPTION |
|
The
S Series by design is a lightweight, capable reel for
lengths of hose up to and including 50’. Until recently
these reels where primarily for air/water, but with the
addition of the STW3450 OLP, it is possible to utilize
this versatile reel in gas welding applications. The
STW3450 OLP holds 50’ of 1/4” twin welding hose for
use with oxygen/acetylene gasses. Unlike many reels in its
class, this reel is built with an external swivel for ease
of maintenance and as an added safety precaution. |

the event they should need replacement.
• Corrosion Resistant outer casing is made from
a tough,
UV stabilized polypropylene material, proven to
be
resistant to the majority of acids and alkilis.

mounted, reel pivots for better access.
• Long Life Drive Spring spring is made from high
grade
spring steel and conditioned to remove imperfections
• Safety external swivel reduces the likelyhood
of a fire
hazard resulting from a gas leak. |
