2-WHEEL DRUM TRUCKS
				Both 2- and 4-wheel models are designed to provide the operator with safe and easy control on virtually any surface. And all drum trucks feature our EZY-Tilt™ design, making break-over of even the heaviest loads incredibly simple.
EZY-Tilt™ design
features a convenient tip bar in the back of the truck, making break-over of heavy loads safe and easy.						Unique "Auto-Load" chine hooks are spring-loaded for simple and effective loading and unloading of up to 1,000 pounds without the operator ever touching the drum. Chine hooks are available in a variety of styles to handle almost any type of drum. See below for chine hook options.
								The 1" steel axles are the thickest in the business, and are fully encased in protective housings to maintain lubrication and prevent damage.
							EZY-Tilt™ design makes the shoes the fulcrum point for easier break-over of heavy loads. Shoes reverse to handle 30 or 50-gallon drums.
Replaceable shoes are welded to a 12"-long shaft which is inserted into the truck frame for extra strength. Shoe size: 1/2" thick x 3" wide x 5 1/2" long.
	Heavy-duty wheels are equipped with pneumatic or solid rubber tires for trouble-free handling on virtually any surface.

4-WHEEL DRUM TRUCKS
Choice of steel or spark-resistant aluminum frames. Steel frames are constructed of 14-gauge 1 1/8" O.D. tubing for years of heavy-duty handling and reliable use. Our high-grade aluminum frames are constructed of 1 5/16" O.D. tubing and are static free for use around volatile materials.
		Touch steel or aluminum replaceable shoes are designed to automatically unload drum when truck is tilted forward. Shoes adjust to handle 30- and 50-gallon drums.
		Spring loaded chine bar automatically engages hook over drum lip as truck is tipped against side of drum.
			Quality engineering and construction place support at points of greatest stress. Joints are from-fitted and fastened with solid welds.
Both 2- and 4-wheel drum trucks feature replaceable parts, such as wheels, tires, shoes and axles.

OPTIONAL FEATURES
Spring-loaded automatic chine hooks are unique to our drum trucks and offer drum handlers a safer and easier alternative. Hooks come available in a variety of styles for effective handling of almost any type of drum.

			Plastic Drum Hook
Spring-loaded hook automatically engages drum rim quickly and easily for safe loading & unloading. Comes standard on all drum trucks.						For drums without a chine. A cable on the standard chine hook wraps around the drum and secures it to the truck.
			Designed to drop over the bung hole projection on plastic drums. Also handles standard drums. May be used on aluminum frame hand- trucks.

								10 x 2 1/2" Standard on drum trucks.

								10 x 2 1/2" Brakes not available with this wheel.
Fibre Drum Hook			Locking Cover Hook
An extension of the standard chime hook allows it to reach 1" further and hook the rim of fiber drums. Also handles standard drums.			Longer reach is offered to handle drums with locking covers. Handles standard drums and may be used on aluminum trucks.					Pneumatic
								12 x 3 1/2" Disassembles to replace tires and tubes.

Our Exclusive Hand Brake System
		Our unique braking system features a simple hand lever that operates brake bands equally on both load carrying wheels, providing a safer and more efficient way to move heavy loads. These brakes give the operator complete control on ramps and inclines, and keep the wheels stationary while breaking over loads. Brakes are not available with molded-on solid rubber tires.
