Heavy-duty,
all-welded steel dumpers are made to handle
heavy loads from 2,000 to 6,000 lbs. Choose either a
standard model or customize a dumper, with the options
listed below, to meet your needs. A push-button control
activates the chute, lifting the container to your desired
dump height-36", 48" or 60". Chutes have a 1/4"
plate
steel base with 7-ga. sides. Dumpers are fully powered
up and gravity down and include an overload-protected
NEMA 4 magnetic motor starter with dual voltage
transformer for 120V control circuit. Hold-down bar
adjusts from 30" to 42" to handle 28" to 40"H
containers. 2HP motors on 2,000-lb. dumpers; 3HP
motors on 4,000 and 6,000 models. Dumper bolts
directly to the floor to ensure stability during operation. |

Ordering
Instructions: |
|
1.
Measure the size and determine the capacity of the
container you are dumping. If you must
dump various
size containers, please specify all
dimensions. Refer to
chart and select chute size (chute
size should be a
minimum of 3" wider than container). |
|
|
|
2.
Measure the height of the receptacle you are dumping
into. If the receptacle height does
not match a standard
dump height listed in chart below,
see if the next dump
height dimension will work for you.
If not, determine
if thedumper needs to be floor
loaded or if it can be
mounted to a stand (stand mounted
is more cost
effective). Pay close attention to
overhead clearance
(OC) required to fully dump. |

3.
Now that you know the chute size, capacity, and dump
height, select the appropriate model
from the chart
below. |

concerns such as wash down environment, extreme conditions,
or the number of cycles the unit will run over the course of

| PORTABLE
MODELS. Portable frame includes casters and floor locks. |
|
| AIR
MOTOR. Recommended for volatile environments. Requires an
air line with 40 cfm at 90 psi. Push/pull button control. |
|
| VARIABLE
SPEED CONTROL. Pushbutton unit with speed control dial that
gives you an infinite range of raising and lowering speeds.
|
|
| FENCE
ENCLOSURE WITH INTERLOCK GATE. Safety feature only allows
dumper to operate when gate is closed. |
|
OTHER
OPTIONS. Custom sizes, roller bases, stainless steel chutes,
paint finishes, USDA approved designs, or special requirements
available upon request. |
