FIRE SERVICE / BOOSTER REELS
½”, ¾” or 1” Fluid Path for ½” through 1” I.D. Hose
fire service booster reels
The ALUMINUM SERIES 5000 Reel for booster
hose is corrosion resistant and weighs up to 50% less
than standard steel booster reels. As it features an
aluminum spool and frame assembly, plated steel fluid
path and plated sprocket and fasteners, it requires
NO PAINTING OR FINISHING.
REWIND: Gear-drive crank rewind or chain and
sprocket drive powered by A.C. or D.C. electric
motor, compressed air motor or hydraulic motor.
Vertical and 30° rewind mechanisms are also
available at extra cost.
INLET: 1” female/male NPT 90° swivel joint rated at
1000 p.s.i. Straight swivel joint may be specified at
extra cost.
DIMENSIONS
 GOOSENECK: Standard 1” male NST
1.375 x 8 threads per inch. Other sizes
and/or threads can be furnished and must
be specified.
