STANDARD
SPECIFICATIONS
|
|
Belt
- 16" wide, concaved/troughed, 2ply smooth top belt.
Cleats - 1-1/2" high chevron cleat on 24"
centers.
Belt Speed - Constant 130 FPM. *variable speed available
in 3 phase.
Motor - 1-2 HP single phase 115/230v, RPm 1725. *Gas
or hydraulic motors available.

Speed Reduction - Sealed 10:1 Gear box. #40 Rollar
chain.
Total gear ratio - 12.92:1
Drive Drum - 8" in diameter. Open caged for self
cleaning.
Tail Pulley - 6" in diameter. Open caged for self
cleaning.
Take-ups - Take-ups provided at tail pulley. Provides
4" of belt take-up.
Bearings - Sealed, pre-lubricated, self-aligning, ball
bearings.
