products range in size from 1” I.D. up to 4” I.D. and
we offer special products beyond 4”.		 Our large frame reels offers a heavy duty, durable
solution to your hose, cord and cable needs. Our
welded steel frames, combined with an engineered
swivel design and sturdy tie plates make our large
frame reels among the most dependable reels on

Step 3: Dimensional Requirements
Select your limiting dimension E, G or A
        (Remaining dimensions will be made to accommodate the restriction)
Frame width (A) can be made to any dimensions between
      15” and 39”
Six flange sizes (E) available from 21”, 25”, 29”, 33”, 37”, 42”
Total height (G) is equal to flange diameter (E) plus 1”or
      greater (if greater specify (E) )
NOTE : Add motor dimension to (A) for total approximate width
Air Motor = 5”, Hydraulic Motor = 4½”, Electric Motor = 5”,
Explosion Proof 7”
Step 4: Other Options
Flange Material: Steel Aluminum (clear anodized)

INSTALLATION NOTE: For the warranty to be valid, a flexible connector MUST be used between the swivel
and the inlet piping.
air hose reels FEATURES
Standard 90° ball bearing swivel joint with
   female NPT threads and 2” victaulic groove.
   Straight swivel available, no extra charge.
Hand crank, bevel crank, gear and chain
   drives in chart.
Also available as standard, explosion proof
   12VDC, 115 AC, hydraulic and pneumatic
   motor.
Powder coated steel flanges included,
   aluminum also available as standard.
Open spool spacer allows for easy access
   to reversible goose neck and open spool
   design allows for hose flexing under
   pressure without spool distortion.
Plumbing and motor shown on left side;
   however, any configuration is available as
   a standard order.
Standard colors are powder coat red with
   black frame. Other colors available upon
   request.
Max pressure: 600 psi. Maximum
   temperature 174° F (79° C). Minimum
   temperature -60° F (-51° C).
Chain/gear guard is a recommended
   option, sold separately. (See bottom
   of page under accessories)
