The
aluminum cast base and arm of the Series D8000
offer the highest rigidity among this class of hose reels.
The quality and reliability the professional expects in
the tools and equipment they invest in is met and
exceeded by our products. |

Series
D8000 E reels are the same as D8000 O reels
except E Series reels are fully enclosed. To order,
change the model number suffix letter O to E.
Example, D8650 OHP becomes D8650 EHP.
Add 17 pounds to open reel weight. |

| FEATURES |
|
|
|
Aluminum guide arm and base are cast from 40,000
P.S.I. tensile strength material with 7% elongation
which assures ultimate shock resistance. Cast
aluminum frame gives maximum strength with
minimum payload weight |
|
|
|
Reel springs are manufactured from the highest quality
scaleless blue tempered steel |
|
A special heavy,
double adhesive sided spring
case gasket protects the main spring from damage
(failure) caused by water, dirt or other foreign
matter entering the spring case |
|
Each component is coated individually with a durable
bake-on powder coat finish. This provides an excellent
high quality ultra violet radiation (sunlight)
weather and
chip resistant finish that will stay bright through
years of use |
|
Guide arms are field adjustable for floor, wall,
ceiling, pit and truck mounting |
|

hose bumpers are solid molded rubber assuring a long life and
nonslip grip. Hose bumpers allow the desired length of hose

permanently stored outside the reel. Hose bumpers are included

flexible hose connection must be used between the hose reel
inlet and the source of supply to prevent
possible misalignment and binding or warranty is void. The inlet
size of reel series 4000 O, 5000 O and
5000 E is 3/8" (9.5 mm) NPTF (F), 7000 O & 7000 E is
1/2" (12.7 mm) NPTF (F), D8000 O and D8000 E is
1/2" (12.7 mm) NPTF (F) depending on hose size. Please
furnish the following information when ordering: Part
number-product and pressure to be handled. Other sizes available
as well. |
