Uni-Tag Key Cabinets
are the most thorough system to organize multiple
keys. Here's how they work:
|
|
1.
Attach keys to numbered key tags and file on key rack slots
for easy identification (key tags included).
Slotted steel key racks hold key tags
securely.
2. When a key is loaned or issued, an "Out Key" control
tag recording key
number, key recipient, and date is filled
out. File "Out Key" tag in same
slot as key originally resided to provide
key tracking and accountability.
3. For additional organization, alphabetical and numerical lock
location
charts can be filled out (included). |
