UNDER RUNNING CRANES
We offer a broad range of under running cranes, in
standard capacities up to 10 tons (special
configurations up to 25 tons and over 90 ft. spans).
Underhung cranes offer excellent side approaches,
close headroom and can be supported on runways
hung from existing building members if adequate.
A full range of free standing systems and inter-
locking cranes is also supplied.		 underhung cranes
Under Running Cranes are distinguished by the fact
that they are supported from a ceiling structure and
run on the bottom flange of structural members. For
load capacities up to 10 tons (standard
configuration; special designs up to 25 tons
available), the Under Running Crane offers the
following advantages:

A battery of underhung cranes, in combination with monorail hoists,
provides complete floor area coverage.
Very small trolley approach dimensions meaning
   maximum utilization of the building's width and
    height.
The possibility of using the existing ceiling girder
    for securing the crane track.

This 20 ton double girder under
running crane is designed for the
erection and maintenance of a
galvanizing furnace. The
Engineered Hoist on the crane
is also mounted on an under
running trolley.
WIRE ROPE HOISTS
wire rope hoists Our own single and double girder wire rope hoists for standard
industrial applications. Capacities from 2 to 50 tons are offered.
6 to 1 Hoist/Speed Ratio - two speeds for precise and efficient
    lifting and lowering.
4 to 1 Travel Drive Ratio - two speeds for efficient high speed
    travel and safe positioning.
60 Minute TEFC Hoist Motor - built exclusively for hoist duty.
DC Rectified brakes - operate thousands of times without
    hundreds of adjustments.
Standard Overload Limit monitors load and prevents operator
    from lifting loads greater than hoist's capacity.
Wire Rope Guide ensures that rope remains securely and safely
    seated in drum grooves.
One Lower and Two Upper Limit Switches (standard) bring
    load hook to a positive stop in both directions.
Type E Monorail Hoist
Quick Disconnect Plugs simplify installation and maintenance.
Capacities up to 15 tons
Lang-lay, pre-formed High Strength Wire Rope with
    steel core.

PRICING FOR UNDER RUNNING CRANES
Complete Crane Pricing Includes the Following:
Crane girders. 2 speed hoist and trolley with DC rectified braking and 20' lift.
End trucks with rotating axle design. Independent festoon system for control and Pendant arranged
   on a smoothly operating C-track system along the girders.
Variable frequency drive control.
Inverter duty 60 minute motors with class F insulation. Crane control mounted in a NEMA 12 enclosure with quick
    disconnect.
DC rectified disc brakes.
Double flanged hardened wheels. Paint - one coat primer and one coat safety yellow.
