HOW TO ORDER:

There are several ways to place an order:

a) For our customers in the contiguous USA, you can place an order via our new online shopping cart.
    Shopping cart eligible products are being added daily.
    If you see one of the logos below on the product page you are viewing, you simply click on either the
    model number or price (depends on product page) to add it to your shopping cart and adjust the quantity
    accordingly.

EXAMPLE

b) Fax or email your own purchase order to us.  You can fax it to 1-401-781-2880 or you can email it to orders@lkgoodwin.com.
    Our sales department will generate an order confirmation and fax or email it to you.

c) Call our toll free WATS line at 1-800-343-2478 and complete your order via phone..
    Our sales department will generate an order confirmation and fax or email it to you.

d) Fill in and submit the order form below to have our sales department generate an order confirmation and fax or email it to you.

NON-SHOPPING CART ORDER POLICY

For all orders placed via methods b, c, and d noted above please note that we will not process your credit card until we have your final signed approval of all applicable charges related to your order (shipping, taxes, etc.).  Upon receipt of your order, we will fax or email you an order confirmation showing the total charges that apply.  At this point, you may elect to accept or decline the order. Once you have signed and faxed or emailed the order confirmation back to us, we will then enter your order into our system and process your credit card for payment.

FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION, PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL OR SUBMIT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON THIS FORM.

We can contact you for your credit card number or you can call us with it.  All orders paid by check or wire transfer will be entered in our system upon receipt of payment at L.K. Goodwin Company.
