185HD Series provides efficient 60:1 reduction to
make drum pouring easy with fine control. They are recommended
for general use or when loads vary or could overload the
standard duty model. The 185HD Series accept 55/30 Series
Diameter Adaptors for smaller diameter drums (see below

empty Kontrol-Karrier will hang plumb. Lift
and move the
Kontrol-Karrier to your upright drum.
2. Mate the Kontrol-Karrier's drum holder to the middle of
your drum and secure your drum between drum
ribs... no
tools are needed.
3. Place the hoist hook in the lifting point above the drum
center to lift Kontrol-Karrier with your
secured drum.
4. Pull down one side of the chain loop while letting out the
other to turn your drum. Chain loop provides
control of
drum tilt 3600 in either direction, even
while drum is
hoisted above your reach. |

Standard
Morse Kontrol-Karriers have a chain wheel
and a 12' pull chain with 6' drop to control high level
pouring. Other manual tilt control options, in place of
the chain wheel, are for pouring at operator level. |
|
The
new MORStop Tilt-Brake eliminates drum
tilting from an unbalanced drum or from weight-
shift within a drum. The braking is immediate and
self-actuating, without additional steps by the user.
Option X01 includes the MORStop Tilt-Brake with
a hand crank and gear covers. |

The
new MORStop Tilt-Brake automatically
stops and holds the drum tilt angle! It can be
ordered as part # 3900i-P installed on 185 or
185HD Series Kontrol-Karriers or order part #
