376 AL/FL Gravity Skate Wheel Conveyor

The
NestaFlex 376 AL/FL is a heavy duty, gravity
conveyor that features double welded cross braces
and heavy duty square tubing legs available in
adjustable height legs (AL) and fixed height legs (FL).
This all bolted design uses shoulder bolts, steel lock
nuts and is additionally secured with industrial thread
lock to help reduce maintenance. The four point leg
connection gives additional strength to the conveyor
to make it last longer. The NestaFlex 376 AL/FL is
designed to provide the support necessaryto handle
heavy packages in high volume environments. |

volume shipping and receiving departments in
distribution centers, retail stores, and manufacturing

• Heavy duty steel square tubing zinc plated legs offer

total lock brake casters on each end (conveyors
up to
40' in length) to stabilize the conveyor while
in use
• Heavy duty 6" x 2" casters for easy movement
with 2
total lock brake casters on each end (conveyors
over
40' in length) that stabilizes the conveyor
while in use
• 7 gauge steel side links assembled using shoulder bolts
with Loctite and steel locking nuts
• 5/16" diameter axle across the width
• Self-tracking design allows packages to follow the
path of the conveyor without using guards

Welded double horizontal leg braces
• Couplers easily connect two or more conveyors to
span greater distances for continuous package flow
• Heavy duty retractable package stop prevents
packages from falling off the end of the conveyor
and can be dropped down when not needed
Adjustable Leg Models Only:
• 28" – 36" adjustable conveyor heights
using hand
knobs to raise or lower the legs for 5"
casters
• 29" – 37" adjustable conveyor heights
using hand
knobs to raise or lower the legs for 6"
casters
Fixed Height Leg Models Only:
• Leg height adjustments are determined per application
and are preset by set screws. |

T-Junction

Provides
a section of conveyor with multi-directional skate wheels that
helps the
operator to manually sort packages by changing the direction
of package flow while
keeping the flexibility of the conveyors. It is designed to
connect with flexible
gravity and power conveyors using couplers. It can also be used
with three or four
conveyors. Using three conveyors requires the T-Junction to
have a backstop to assist
the operator with choosing the direction of package flow. Without
the backstop, four
conveyors can be attached allowing package to flow in any direction
the operator
chooses. |

Guards help guide packages under accumulation circumstances

close with the flex of the conveyor. |

help the packages make a smooth transition onto the flexible
conveyor. |
