Beams are made of one-piece tubular construction with continuous seam weld. 2 inch beam adjustability. Step beam
design accommodates cross bars, sheet metal, and wire decking. Safety locks are attached permanently to each end
of beam. A minimum of 2 pairs of beams are required for each storage bay. Unique Invincible storage rack design is
interchangeable with other "tear drop" styles.
Tolerances within 7/1000ths inch. Load ratings are based on uniformly distributed load per pair of beams. Upright
frame and beam capacities--AISI 1996 and RMI 1997. Foot plates are standard for attachment to floors. The high
quality polyurethane paint is environmentally safe and does not contain lead. Standard color is green uprights with
orange beams--other sizes and colors are available. FOB--Shipping Point. Made in USA.

GENERAL NOTES
1. Beam capacities are for uniformly distributed loads.
2. Beam capacities are based on a deflection
    specification of beam length/180 or on connector
    shear capacity, whichever is limiting.
3. Beams over 120” in length should be tied across the
    middle to prevent beam spread.
4. Beams over 90” that support loose decking should
    be tied across the middle to prevent beam spread.
5. Please call the factory for any beam spacing on an
    upright greater than 96”.

* Shelf spacing is measured from the floor to the top of the
   first beam or the maximum shelf spacing (whichever is
   greater).
**Bulkhead must be at least as high as the maximum shelf
spacing for these capacities to apply. For example, if the
maximum shelf spacing is 84" the bulkhead must be at least
84" tall for the 13,500-lb.capacity to apply. If this is not the
case, consult us.
For upright capacity - beam spacing is based on
54" unless specified differently on purchase order.
