The Model 512M
set up by one man
to operate as a 12 ft. lift.
|
|
Four non-marking
casters swivel to
permit movement in any direction. Each
caster is equipped with simple locking
devices. The two 10" x 2.75 semi-
pneumatic tires touch the floor only when
tipped back. In this position, the lift
is quickly moved over soft and uneven
ground.

|
|
|
In
addition to heavy concentrated
loads, the Model 512M Lift can
also lift into place long fabricated
duct work, electrical bus duct, I-
beams, overhead doors, heavy
pipe, etc. On extra long pipe and
duct sections, two or more units
are employed.

|
The
MODEL 512M Lift will elevate 500 lbs. up to a maximum height
of 12 ft.
high. It can also be converted to a 5, 8, or 9 ft. lift by simply
removing or
replacing the 3 and 4 ft. slip-joint post section.
As a 5 ft. lift, this model will pass through a doorway (27"
wide x 6-6"' high).
Post sections shown on the bottom of this page are used for
intermediate heights.
The platform of the MODEL 512M is 20" wide by 24"
long. Load center is
based at12" from post. Capacity is decreased on loads extending
over 12"
center distance. Loads over 500 lbs. can be lifted with two
units.
When the MODEL 512M is assembled as a 5 ft. lift, it can be
tipped back on
the corrugated handle and rolled into a truck or Van.
WARNING: DO
NOT USE EXTRA POSTS TO INCREASE THE
DESIGN MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 12 FEET ON THE 512M LIFT.
